Solar water heater

The system of solar water heater relies on a natural Principle--"Thermosiphon".

The key important point of  these systems is that:   the storage tank  is always located higher than the collector.

As the sun's rays hit the all-glass evacuated solar collector tubes,  the temperature of the water in the tubes rises making it less dense or lighter. Hot and lighter water naturally moves up to the top of collector and through the evacuated collector tube convert to the storage tank. This makes the colder and heavier water in water tank moves down to the bottom of the collector. This continuous displacement occurs naturally. So the users can get the hot water from the tank.

The system of solar water heater is an "Open Circuit" non-pressure system. By the air vent valve on the top of the storage cylinder and the over flow pipe in the bottom it maintains open to the air.

Materials:

Inner tank: Imported 304 2B food grade stainless steel, thickness is 0.5mm

Outer tank: Imported nacre white armor plate or stainless steel

Insulating layer :50mm-60mm high pressure polyurethane foamed

Bracket: premium cold roll bracket stainless steel screw

Vacuum tube: 3.3high borosilicate glass

The vacuum tube of our solar water heater has the high absorption rate and low emission rate,

The absorption rate is 0.90-0.93 (AM1.5)

The emission rate is 0.05-0.075 (80±5)

Vacuum tightness is P≤5.0*0.0001Pa

Idle sunning property parameters is Y=220-260./KW

The average heat loss coefficient is Ult=0.6-0.7W(.)

It means the temperature in the water tank is range from 50 to 95.
