3. Heat-insulating layer adopts imported polyurethane of foaming with high density and high pressure, after cured by production line in constant temperature, the porosity by closed pore is up to 98%, heat loss is much less.

1. Vacuum tube: double-layered Common or Tri vacuum tube 47-1500 or 58-1800.

2. Outer tank: dia 470mm, stainless steel plate 202 or 304, thickness: 0.4mm.

3. Inner tank: dia 360mm, food grade stainless steel 304 2B, thickness: 0.4mm.

4. Capacity of tank: 100L---350L ;  Pressure bearing: 0.2 bar.

5. Insulating layer: High density Polyurethane foam, thickness: 55~65mm.

6. Stand: stainless steel plate 202 or 304, type SS, thickness: 1.5mm.

Optional fittings:

1)      Electric heater: help you heat the water to your wanted temperature when theres not enough sunshine.

2)      Magnesium rods: water filter, make the water cleaner and purer.

3)      Controller: help test water temperature and make water cycle automatically.

4)      Deflection Plate or deflection piece: help improve the heat absorptivity.

5)      Reflector: Help improving the heat-absorbing of sunshine, improve the efficiency of vacuum tubes.
